We've successfully concluded a major optimization project with our partner, Sewon Electronics, to enhance their core manufacturing processes. The primary challenge was reducing response time in their complex, nested production routes.

Our Atlas™ solution was deployed to analyze and streamline the workflow, resulting in a significant improvement in efficiency. Support for predictive analytics via our Apolon™ engine was added to provide deeper operational insights.

Several edge cases that previously caused production conflicts have been resolved, ensuring a more predictable and stable manufacturing output for our partner.

Connection stability between on-site operations and our Apolon™ engine has been improved with smarter connectivity strategies and resource management. We've introduced new data streams to organize real-time messages better, allowing scalable event handling.

Overall latency for delivering critical alerts from the factory floor was reduced, making strategic responses smoother and faster.

New capabilities and enhancements for factory asset monitoring and analysis:

• Configurable monitoring parameters (by asset type and data size) to boost analysis accuracy.

• Improved data streaming support to handle high-volume data from large-scale production lines.

• Enhanced operational data extraction for richer insights into asset health and performance.

• Resolved data handling issues for retired assets to ensure historical analysis integrity.
